The MODESTY M22 x 1.5 to AN10 Oil Fitting is a precision-machined aluminium adapter designed to connect compatible M22 x 1.5 ISO 6149 ports to AN-10 / JIC-10 oil lines. Developed for motorsport oil systems, it provides a compact, lightweight connection suitable for remote oil filtration and external cooling applications.

Designed to complement the MODESTY Ford Duratec Remote Oil Filter Plate, the fitting incorporates a dedicated O-ring sealing interface engineered for demanding fluid-system applications.

ISO 6149 High-Pressure Port Design

The fitting uses ISO 6149 sealing geometry, incorporating a purpose-engineered O-ring interface rather than relying on thread sealant, crush washers or bonded seals to form the primary seal.

The O-ring seals against the machined port interface, providing a controlled and repeatable connection when installed into a compatible ISO 6149 female port. This arrangement is particularly suited to oil systems exposed to sustained temperatures, pressure cycles and vibration.

ISO 6149 specifies working pressures up to 63 MPa (630 bar) for applicable connection configurations, subject to port size, materials, design and operating conditions. This does not represent a verified working-pressure rating for the complete MODESTY fitting or assembled oil system.
