The Ford Duratec Oil Take Off Plate from MODESTY is engineered around two priorities: optimised oil flow and reliable high-pressure sealing.Precision-machined from billet aluminium, the plate provides a robust foundation for custom remote oil filtration, external cooling and compatible dry sump lubrication systems.
This Plate Only configuration features dual M22 x 1.5 ISO 6149 primary oil ports and three integrated M10 x 1 monitoring ports, allowing fittings and sensors to be selected to suit the intended installation.
Engine Compatibility: Designed for compatible Ford Duratec HE 2.0L, 2.3L and 2.5L engines, including motorsport, performance and bespoke engine installations. Confirm the original oil filter housing arrangement and installation clearance before ordering.

Straight, purpose-designed internal oil passages minimise unnecessary changes in flow direction and restriction through the plate. This design approach helps limit associated pressure losses while supporting effective oil delivery in demanding motorsport applications.
ISO 6149 High-Pressure Connections
The dual M22 x 1.5 ISO 6149 ports incorporate precision-machined O-ring sealing geometry, providing robust, repeatable connections without relying on thread sealant, crush washers or bonded seals

The primary seal is formed at a dedicated machined interface rather than through the threads themselves. ISO 6149 covers working pressures up to 63 MPa (630 bar) for applicable connection configurations, subject to port size, materials, design and operating conditions. This relates to the connection standard and does not represent a pressure rating for the complete MODESTY assembly.
Matching MODESTY M22 x 1.5 ISO 6149 to AN-10 / JIC-10 fittings are available separately for connection to suitable external oil lines.

Oil Pressure & Temperature Monitoring
Three integrated M10 x 1 ports provide positions for monitoring without additional external T-pieces. The two central ports accommodate suitable oil pressure sensors or an OE pressure switch, while the upper port is positioned within the flowing oil return passage for direct oil temperature measurement.
Oil temperature is measured immediately before the oil enters the engine, providing a useful indication of the temperature of the oil being supplied to the engine during demanding motorsport operation.
Oil System Applications
Remote Filtration & External Cooling — The dual primary oil ports allow connection to a remote filter housing using suitable fittings and external oil lines, improving packaging flexibility and
filter accessibility. An external oil cooler can also be incorporated where required. A dedicated Filter Relocation configuration, supplied with two AN10 fittings, is available separately.

Dry Sump Applications — The Ford Duratec Oil Take Off Plate can also be incorporated into compatible dry sump lubrication systems using appropriately specified oil fittings and blanking components. A dedicated Dry Sump Kit, supplied with two M22 x 1.5 ISO 6149 to AN10 fittings and one additional AN10 blanking plug, is available separately. The blanking plug allows one AN10 connection to be sealed for suitable single-connection dry sump installations.
