This billet baffle plate replaces the car’s original Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) plate and valve set up. Machined from billet aluminium, the plate allows the simple fitment of an external oil catch can via one, or both, of the M22x1.5 take-offs that have been machined into the plate. The kit also includes a one-way valve and adapter boss and the plate is finished in anodised black with an engraved AIRTEC Motorsport logo.

Internally, the plate features extra baffles machined into the design in order to increase the surface area the engine crankcase vapour passes over, which decreases the amount of oil that is able to enter the intake. This helps to reduce carbon deposit build-up from passing back into the engine and forming an oily sludge on all parts of the intake system, which reduces air flow and therefore performance over time.

]]> AIRTEC Motorsport Engine Oil Breather System for Fiesta ST150 https://modestyperformance.com/product/26286/ Mon, 07 Oct 2024 12:24:53 +0000 https://modestyperformance.com/?post_type=product&p=26286 This AIRTEC Motorsport kit is based around an oil breather tank that is designed to separate the oil from the vapour where it would usually be diverted back into the intake. The tank then collects the oil and features a level indicator, which once full can be easily emptied by removing the drain located at the bottom. The kit also includes an inlet manifold blank off pipe (as you will not need the  to breathe back into the inlet manifold anymore), as well as two specially made Pro Hoses silicone lines, a mesh filter and all fixtures and fittings, including jubilee clips.

This kit is designed to fit with the original PCV set up but can be adapted to fit with our AIRTEC Motorsport billet PCV baffle plate (or other aftermarket PCV plates) with an additional hose and fitting – please get in contact with your specific requirements.

The tanks are available in silver, black or polished finishes – please choose from options.
